Let it settle Take the cheese out of the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature. Not only will the cheese taste better, but the wax will soften and be easier to cut.
Remove the wax Next, take your truckle and gently cut across the centre on both sides of the wax. You should be able to easily pull the wax away (the wax is not edible!)
