Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched Monday – Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment, but this may take longer during busy periods, for example over Christmas.
If you require a specific delivery date, please add the information to the Notes section when checking out, and we’ll get in touch to help best we can. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 01746 218711.
Can I track my parcel?
Once dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email with your shipment tracking number. You can check the status of your delivery by visiting www.dpdlocal.co.uk and entering the tracking number provided.
How will my cheese arrive?
All orders are packaged appropriately with frozen ice-gel packs to preserve the cheeses temperatures, and paper straw for protection as required.
What if I’m not in?
Let us know your Safe place in the Notes section at the checkout, and we’ll pass this information onto our courier. Please be aware that parcels that are left in your designated safe place are your responsibility.
Delivery costs
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is FREE for orders over £24.95 for parcels under 3kg (that’s enough for 14 truckles!). Standard deliveries arrive on weekdays to England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Otherwise, costs are as below:
Northern Ireland – £4.95
UK Islands and Highlands – £9.95
Can you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery on International orders. We will ship International orders in the same way as a domestic delivery, however please allow additional shipping time on top of our standard delivery times.
Rates are changing frequently from our carriers, so if you are unsure then please contact us directly for a shipping estimate.
What about larger orders?
Orders heavier than 3kg may incur an excess charge based on the total weight. The maximum weight for standard shipped orders is up to 3kg. Orders above 3KG incur an additional 85p per kilo shipping fee.

Can I collect my order instead?
Yes! You’re welcome to collect your order directly from us. Just choose this option at the checkout, and give us a call on 01746 218711 or email orders@mistercheese.co.uk to let us know you’re coming.
We’re open Monday to Friday between 1pm and 5pm, and you can find us at 1 Severn Valley Industrial Estate, Bridgnorth, WV16 5JL.
